Mithril Management Group was founded by a working general contractor who built the back-office infrastructure for a growing construction company — and realized most trade business owners didn't have access to any of it.

We're not consultants who read about the trades. We've managed the crews, signed the subcontracts, and dealt with the cash flow crunches first-hand. We built Mithril to give other operators access to the same systems and strategic thinking that larger companies take for granted.

We price based on scope. After the free assessment we put together a fixed monthly rate — no surprise bills. Most clients pay less than one employee's loaded cost for a full fractional team.
Do I have to switch software?

Usually not. We work with Buildertrend, QuickBooks, and the tools most trades businesses already use. We optimize what you have before suggesting anything new.
Who actually does the work?

Our team, based on Vancouver Island. Not a call centre, not an overseas contractor. You get a consistent contact who knows your business and your trade.
How do we start?
